Privacy policy

Last updated 3 November 2026

This policy explains what personal data lobbyface.com processes, why, and what your rights are. It covers this website. The Riya demo at app.lobbyface.com is a separate application; ask us if you want to know how it handles data.

Who is responsible

The data controller is CELED STUDIO SRL, Rome, Italy, which builds and runs Lobbyface.

For anything about your data, write to contact@lobbyface.com.

What we collect, and why

Visit statistics

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are read and which contact links are used: for example "Book a call", the email link or the early-access form. It sets no cookies and doesn't follow you across sites. Instead of a cookie, it recognises a visit with a hash of the request that is reset every day, so you can't be tracked from one day to the next (Vercel). We see only totals: pages viewed, countries, devices and referring sites.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Running the website

To deliver the pages and keep the site secure, our hosting provider Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs kept for a limited period.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The lip sync early-access form

When you request early access on /lip-sync, we receive what you enter: your name, email, company or project, the lip sync language, your model or rig, where it runs, your voice or text-to-speech, the plan, and your message. We use it to reply and to set up your trial. The form is delivered to our inbox by email through Resend. Your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and is not stored.

Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Emails, calls and booked calls

When you email or call us, we use your details and what you tell us to answer you. "Book a call" opens our page on Cal.com, which handles the booking; we receive the name, email and notes you enter there. Cal.com processes this under its own privacy policy.

Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who processes data for us

We use a few providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:

Provider What for
Vercel Inc. Hosting the website and visit statistics
Resend Delivering the early-access form to our inbox
Our email provider Receiving and answering your messages
Cal.com Booking calls, when you choose to book

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the safeguards the GDPR allows, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We don't sell personal data, and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.

How long we keep it

  • Visit statistics: only as aggregated totals; the daily hash is discarded after 24 hours.
  • Server logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
  • Enquiries and early-access requests: for as long as we are in contact, and up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless you become a customer, in which case contract and tax rules apply.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • show you the personal data we hold about you, and send you a copy;
  • correct it, or delete it;
  • restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it;
  • move it to another service.

Write to contact@lobbyface.com and we'll reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Cookies

lobbyface.com sets no cookies. The details are in our cookie policy.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
